The acquisition of Chemalloy Company, Inc. by Nizi International is completed.
In October 2014 it was announced that Nizi International (Nizi) and Chemalloy Company, Inc. (Chemalloy) had reached a non-binding agreement for Nizi to acquire substantially all of the business and assets of Chemalloy. The transaction was closed March 9, 2015.
The Chemalloy operations are continued in Chemalloy Company LLC. The company will operate as an integral part of all the activities of Nizi International in North America. John Way, EVP and head of the Nizi group’s North American activities, is the President of Chemalloy Company LLC.
